Coach Dailey is in his first year coaching junior varsity offensive and defensive lines. Before joining PHHS, Dailey coached NYS football for the West Valley Spartans and Pop Warner for the Northwest Skybolts. Dailey grew up in Michigan and played his high school football at East Jackson High School.  

Dailey is an Assistant Principal at Legacy Traditional School, West Surprise, and has earned two master's degrees, one in Elementary Education and the other in Educational Leadership. Prior to education, Dailey spent eight years as a sports writer covering high school and college football and earned his bachelor's degree from Boise State University. Dailey has been married to Stephanie for 18 years and has three children, Quentin (15), Parker (14), and Claire (8). Both Quentin and Parker play football for PHHS.
