Get your athletic packet complete and ready for the next school year!

Any athletes doing work over the summer MUST BE CLEARED PRIOR TO WORKOUTS.

A few reminders:

• Physicals need to be on the correct forms and dated on or after March 1, 2025. 
• Make sure you are registering at the correct school.
• All forms need to be signed, dated, and uploaded to register my athlete to be cleared. No paper forms will be accepted.
